ALESSI, the world-famous manufacturer of stainless steel products, has always made efforts to combine polished steel with other materials. This is also true for these shakers from 1998, designed by Ettore Sottsass for ALESSI. The connection of the mirror-polished lid functions, as with the 5070 condiment set, by means of O-rings.
Very rare. The shaker appears unused; for its age, there are hardly any signs of use or traces of time.
