100% MAKEUP Alessandro Mendini for ALESSI Tendentse
The vase was designed by Alessandro Mendini in 1992 for the "100% MAKE UP" project. ALESSI/Tendentse invited 100 artists to design a pattern for this vase. All 100 patterns were produced in a limited edition of 100 pieces each.
The undecorated "white" vase was not part of this limited edition. They were used for decoration and at events.
