Back then, Mr. Sottsass was still an industrial designer for Olivetti and ALESSI; it’s been in production with the same heavy crystal glass since 1978—I just couldn’t pass it up... It had been used, so I replaced the gaskets and O-rings; now it’s ready for another 50 years of use
