The book consists almost entirely of pictures. Black cover with a color plate glued in the center, over 40 additional illustrations, color and black-and-white plates (some double-sided) with projects drawn by Aldo Rossi. Four color plates glued into the text by hand. Introductory text in Italian and English by Aldo Rossi. Graphic design by Raffaele Castiglioni. Printed on ivory-colored watercolor paper by Cartiera Fedrigoni in a special edition of 999 numbered copies. The volume was originally published on the occasion of the exhibition "La conica," which took place from September 8 to 11, 1984, in the Loggia of the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan. Published in 1984/1988. Limited edition, number 492 of 999. Very good condition. Over 35 years old. Clean. Seems to have just been sitting in the bookcase.
