Marco Zanini, pepper mill for TWERGI

Marco Zanini (*1954) studied architecture at the University of Florence. In 1975 he met Ettore Sottsass, in whose office he worked from 1978. He was office manager of Sottsass Associati and in 1980 Marco Zanini was one of the founding members of Memphis together with Ettore Sottsass, Barbara Radice, Michele De Lucchi, Aldo Cibic and Matteo Thun.
This pepper mill is from the very first TWERGI collection from 1989, still with PEUGEOT movement. Very good condition with a little patina. The original box is unfortunately not present. The pepper mill has been cleaned and the movement is in very good condition!
